I received an oil change and auto butler service on my Ford Fusion today. The young lady at the desk and my shuttle service drivers (particularly the one that picked me up) were especially professional. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. The auto butler service was not done well. I found trash under my daughter's car seat. The car seat had been moved, so I am not sure why it wasn't removed. The floors of the car were not vacuumed well. The dashboard was not cleaned thoroughly. I have at this service preformed before, but today was done very poorly in comparison.

Mechanics at this location wear filthy street clothes. The mechanic that serviced my car was absolutely filthy. His jeans were filthy. My glove box and driver's seat was left dirty. No plastic or protective coverings added to my vehicle. The advisor volunteered to clean my vehicle. I declined. This is unacceptable!!!!!

I really never wanted to go back to Sutton Ford but I did. I gave my daughter a 2013 Ford Fusion. A couple of nights ago, my 19 year old daughter was stranded at almost midnight due to the engine light turning on and the car breaking down. She ultimately had to have the car towed to a mechanic. The mechanic requested that she take the car to a Ford dealership because they could not fix her car. They explained to her that the tensioner belt was torn through due to a major oil leak. The representative explained to her that the tensioner belt needed to be replaced. She did the right thing and had the car towed to Sutton Ford. It was our understanding that all we needed to do was remove and replace the tensioner belt and the car would be fine so my daughter asked Sutton Ford to only replace the tensioner belt. Not one advisor called me or my daughter and explained to us that while we can replace the tensioner belt, your major oil leak remains your primary issue that needs to be addressed. Never once did they explain to us that the tensioner belt would be ruined shortly if the large oil leak was not repaired. I paid $700 to have the tensioner belt replaced for no reason because the major oil leak is still there. Sutton Ford allowed my 19 year old daughter drive away with no oil in her Ford and a major oil leak that was never addressed. Shame on you Sutton. Again, you proved that you are not trustworthy and you don’t value your customers or the work that is expected of you.
