They did full diagnostics, repair price $1500(rear control arm). After repair, still same issue. They then quote another $1800(front control arm) for issues that should’ve shown at first diagnostics. Asked why wasn’t everything in first diagnostics and added to initial quote? Their response was “I understand”. This business shows it’s listed for sale, feels like money grab to stay afloat until sold. Grabbed keys and left, will not return.

These guys are very professional and can do pretty much anything that needs to be done to repair or service your vehicle. Highly recommend.

I’m here to inform all customers about this service that I received. It was very poor service. They didn’t know what they was doing. I took my 2011 Kia in there. It has miles on it but they didn’t know what they was doing. They said I needed a new radiator. I paid for the radiator which was $900. The check engine light came back on. They replaced the part with the check engine light said it wasn’t tightened out away and then they replaced that part but it wasn’t still right so the check engine light came back on when I dropped the truck off They stated I needed a radiator hose. Well I took the truck to Belle Tires because this company wants to charge me another $938 beside the $900 that I pay for the radiator with and they wanted to recharge me took it to Bell tire and they said nothing was absolutely wrong with the truck. The truck radiator holes need to be tightened because they didn’t push it all the way back in and fluid was leaking from the bottom. So they wanted to charge me $938 a radiator hose .I think they only did this Service because I was a woman and I’m black and that’s why they’re ripping people off. Please do not go there. You’re not gonna be satisfied with the service there .

During my recent visit, Mahler's was very helpful (even tried to help me over the phone before coming to their shop). The service was also done in a reasonable amount of time. This was a 5-star experience for me.

I took my car to Mahler's to clear my service engine light. I specifically told them TWICE before any work was done that this happened one year ago (2021) and I had a sensor replaced. They checked my car and said the same sensor needed to be replaced again. I reminded them that I just had it replaced but they insisted that it still needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the next day the service engine light was back on. I took my car back and turns out after they did research (as they stated), when that sensor is replaced the service engine light will continue to come on until the dealer resets the computer. So the sensor was never the issue and never needed to be replaced for the second time in a year. Only the computer needed to be reset. They tried to justify the replacement by saying they wanted to make sure the sensor was a "dealer-issued". Who the heck cares?! Especially when there is nothing wrong with the current senor to begin with. A complete waste of $500. They did not offer me an apology nor a refund. They attempted to shoo me away as fast as possible because they knew they were wrong and did not want to hear my complaints! Put the calculator down and listen Mahler's!!! BBB will be contacted as well. You guys have lost business for 4 cars in my household. They stopped some loose metal rattling under my car and completed a brake/rotor job. 10/10 rating on stopping the rattling. 8/10 for brakes...not the best feeling when brakes are applied. $200 for the rattling and $900 for the brakes/rotors.
