Even though they don’t specifically work on my type of van, he still took the time to walk me through a few things and explain what I could check and possibly handle myself. That’s something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but he went out of his way to help anyway. The level of customer service and honesty here really stood out. It’s rare to find someone willing to spend their time just making sure you understand your options without trying to sell you something. Truly appreciated the help and the professionalism.
