I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the repair quote I recently received for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting fair pricing, professional communication, and transparency about the repairs needed. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and concerned about the wrong quote. The front desk advise me to get a diagnostic test so that it wouldn’t be any mistake as to what was wrong with my car. I got the diagnostic they quoted me a price with part. I informed them that I will bring my own part, they said ok. I called to let them know my part will be her in two days, they said ok. They called me two days later and told me my car was fixed. I aske how if i haven't brought you the part. They told me they will call me back. They called me back and stated that they got the car mixed up with another car and that the price they quoted me was wrong and i had to pay 300 more then what they quoted. They gentleman Nicholas explained that he know he made a mistake but cant do anything about that. I explained to them I dont have the extra cash. They took the car back in the bay and took the part out and gave me my car back. They quoted me for a 1 hour job, but removed the part in 25 min. They told me they cant eat the price for their mistake, but I am waiting on a part that they had me to order. I value honesty and professionalism when doing business, and I had hoped for a better experience. I had hoped we can resolve this matter professionally and restore my confidence in your business. This has put me in a bind, caused me to miss several days of work. They have several business but this location just opened up. I ask for the store manager informed and they refused to give it to me. Mr. Joshua who stated that he was the manager and Nicholas were the two gentleman who I had spoke too. I would like to spoke to the store manager or owner in regards to this matter. Thank you To respond to their comments you say you told us to pay for the part the part was more then what your receptionist quoted. We was willing to pay the amount you quoted plus 50 more. But you wanted have of the new price that you quoted after you done the work. That's not good customer service skills. We will never recommend or due business with your company. Thanks again

They was very good and fast taking my car and getting it did. And the price was very reasonable. Will be back again 😊
