He explained everything clearly and made sure my car was fixed properly without any unnecessary charges. The service was fast, reliable, and high quality. Stopped in just before closing on a Saturday after my car died twice while driving. I pulled in to a Firestone first and they figured the alternator was starting to fail, said they could get to it in a couple of days. Gave Stone a call and they had me safely back on the road in 15 minutes! Corroded battery terminal just had to be cleaned off. Thank you for the excellent service!

My 2009 Toyota Prius needed the hybrid pump inverter replaced. They were the only ones willing to do the repair on the same day, and at a reasonable price. I would recommend probably taking it to a hybrid specialist, as the first time, they made a mistake doing the wrong repair, and I had to take it back a few times to top up on the coolant. However, when I pointed out that they did the wrong repair compared to what Toyota specified, they did the repair for free, and I never had to pay for any of the coolant top-ups. They assured me that they wouldn't just leave me be with an incomplete repair, and, touch wood, I haven't had to take it back since, and the repair has been holding up. So I'd recommend just being specific with the repair part you want done and having that over text/in writing, but other than that, friendly, good service, and again, I only had to pay once for my initial repair, and everything else they took care off; in the end, I ended up with 2 new parts compared to just the one I paid for.

I found this mechanic purely by chance when my car started leaking coolant at 3 PM on a Saturday. The shops I usually go to was already closed so I brought it into to Stone with urgency, and not knowing what to expect as I worked first shift the next day (Sunday). The owner expressed that the shop was closing soon but said he would do his best to help get my car done, and he absolutely did. He and a few of the mechanics even kept the shop open a little later to get my car done so I wouldn’t be without my car on Sunday which was the day they were closed. I have rarely seen people go this far above and beyond for a customer, especially a new one who they had just met. Needless to say I was very happy.

I cannot say enough about the work and dedication of the Stone Auto team! I brought my car in because of needed emissions work where the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter were both reporting as bad. Rahid used his team's expertise took a look and as it turned out, with a leak fix, the oxygen sensor was the only thing which needed to be fixed and he saved me $800+ for the fix. Rahid texted and called me to check in on my status of the emissions test - a true sign of dedication! Thank you for your great work - you definitely have a dedicated customer! Thanks!
