3D Complete Car Care

Took my wife’s car in for a check engine issue and told the woman at the desk that we would be waiting in the lobby since it is our only car. She told us it would take two to three hours because they were busy and we were fully prepared to wait that long. Less than an hour after arriving, we saw our car pulled into the garage, worked on, and then parked back outside. We did not think much of it because we were told it would be a long wait. We arrived at 9 AM and by 12:30 PM we had still heard absolutely nothing, so I finally went up to the front desk to ask for an update. The woman looked completely lost when I asked about our car, and the older man behind the desk casually said it was already ready. So for over two hours they watched us sit in their lobby and said nothing while our car was done the entire time. We were literally waiting for nothing. We could have waited all day and they still would not have said a word if I did not ask. I was beyond pissed. I will never come back here again. The only reason we even came was because of a recommendation from my father in law, and that was clearly a mistake.

It is shocking to see this business with any negative reviews! They are wonderful! At the end of last week, my car suddenly would not start. I called 3D based on past positive experiences and, without a nano second of hesitation, they agreed to assess the problem once the tow truck brought the vehicle to 3D. Once my car was brought in by the tow truck, a young woman assessed the problem and found I needed a battery. It was replaced lickity split. Everyone at 3D was kind and ultra service oriented including the lovely young woman that actually did the work. Our community is very fortunate to have such a wonderful business. I thank them so much for coming to my rescue and highly, highly recommend

As a female, trusting a car center’s opinion can be scary because of how frequently they rip you off. What I can say with full confidence is Drew and Wally at 3D complete car care are extremely trustworthy and offer extremely reasonable prices for the work they do. Since being recommended this car care center two years ago, I have committed to always returning back here because of how honestly they run the business and how well they do with taking care of my car. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I have 45 vehicles that need service on occasion and they have done a great job. They get the vehicle done in a timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and a gentleman name Drew is great to work with. They are honest and pricing is very fair.

This is the only place I take our cars. For 18 years they’ve done great work for me - honest - on the level about estimate and good work. A couple of times I’ve gone elsewhere due to a coupon or just convenience and paid more that I would have or taken the estimate to them at 3D and they gave me a better arrangement. Even on busy days with the phone ringing and people trying to get price guarantees without even having their car inspected yet - the guys at 3D are always professional and explain what’s going on and are nice to deal with.
