the little kid at the front desk is super rude. the owner/manager handled/explained the situation better. even when returning the UHaul truck back to its designated spot, the kid revved, drifted and sped on the main road just to drive like 500ft. unnecessary

View on GoogleBack in July 2022 (I forgot to leave a review then lol) I was in town for business. I drove my car from Omaha to Lombard. She made it all the way to the hotel and when I went to leave out again, the muffler snapped. I panicked because this was my first road trip alone and I needed my car to go to my convention. I called several places in Chicago and they all told me they were booked 1-3 weeks out! 😰 I had to be back in Omaha in 4 days!! I finally called this place and they were the only ones who could fix my car same day! They were the BEST mechanics I’ve ever used. They put me at ease and clearly explained all of my options. VERY easy to talk to and great personalities! They turned a disaster into something that has become a great memory. I’ll never forget the service they provided and they took the exact time they said they would to put a new muffler on! She was good as new and I was able to enjoy the rest of the trip and make it back home!! 7 months later and still no problems! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your patience and for helping me to get back home safely!!
View on Google*Uhaul experience only* Had a booking at 9am on a Saturday (counter check-in). There were no employees and the door was locked, despite the hours showing 9am open. I spent 40 mins waiting and no one showed up. Ultimately I contacted Uhaul customer service and they rescheduled me at a different location.
View on Google10/10 service, 10/10 affordability, 10/10 owner. Genuinely have never been treated more respectfully and kind than how Nick and his amazing team did yesterday 4/26/2024. Was driving on the highway and felt my car swaying, luckily I had met Nick about 2ish weeks ago at my job and he mentioned his shop. Never did I think I’d need it but turns out after a quick check my control arm was snapped in half. Not only did Nick show me what was going on he walked me through it and sure enough about 10 mins later he was on his way to pick up a part for me. I really thought I’d be out of a car for a few days but nope, 3 pm rolls around and I get a call that it’s not only done but done an hour earlier than I was told! A huge Thank you to Nick and his team, I’ll be back for new tires soon! I’m a 23 yr old female so the feeling of being taken advantage of comes hand in hand walking into a mechanic shop, but not this one. You’ve got a customer for life and more business coming your way.
