When I need to get my car taken care of I take it to Mike More Miles. They are very friendly and honest. Jason and Jeremy are who I talk with most either when I’m explaining my cars issues or when they are explaining about what my car needs and how it happened. They are very thorough and explains things in a way I can understand! They will even show you what work they did to your car. They have the car repaired in a timely manner but overall I trust them and their work. I’ve been taking my car to them about 6 years now and I’m so grateful to have them for my cars needs.

When you think about what makes a car shop great, it's typically three things that need to be considered: 1) Do I trust them? 2) Do I think they are trying to do the best by me and not oversell or upcharge me with unnecessary repairs? 3) Do they do good work? Well, with Mike More Miles in Lombard, I can unequivocally say a resounding "YES" to all three. It is obvious in all they do, that Austin, Jeremy, Jason, Jordan and all the team care deeply about the satisfaction of their customers and in ensuring that every car leaves with its issues resolved. And if not, you know they have probably exhausted many unpaid hours into trying to figure it out. I have gone into Mike More Miles in Lombard with all kinds of issues with my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and my 2012 BMW X5 over the last four years, and they have always found a solution to my problems. I feel they operate with honesty and integrity and, as I shop around, I know their price can’t be beaten. As an added bonus, they also take Afterpay for anyone wanting to split up their payment into four! All things considered, I would highly recommend them to work on any car.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and honest. We were on a road trip to visit family when our vehicle stopped working. The engine was randomly turning off. Once on the highway. Scary! Luckily we made it to my sister's house and Mike More Miles was close by. These guys are fantastic, troubleshooted the issue. They saved us, got us back up and running. Great people you can trust.
