I’ve been dealing with DuPage Tire & Auto Center Inc for over 20 years. They have always done a great job. They are reasonable in cost and very trustworthy. My 12 year old Acura runs perfect because of them. MLS
View on GoogleDuPage Tire is simply the best. I’ve been a customer since 1990 and would not have any other shop repair my car. Kyle has taken over the shop from his father and the transition had been seamless. NOBODY does it better than DuPage Tire. It begins as soon as you walk in the door. The service writers Bob and Tony have very deep general knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair and have fantastic listening skills.
View on GoogleI don’t do many reviews, but these guys have really come through this holiday season especially right before they closed shop…they were able to tow my and my parent’s car and get it all done before closing for the holiday. They were really responsive and helpful. They were also able to call my insurance and take care of reimbursement OVER holiday break when they were closed. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to receive my reimbursement without having to follow up with anyone. Done and done. Thanks.
View on GoogleI brought my Brand new 2024 Chevy Colorado into the dealership Because the alignment just went out of whack. The dealership got it pretty good, but not perfect and was still annoying to drive. When I left this place, My steering wheel was absolutely perfectly centered. And I actually liked driving in the truck again. This place knows how to do alignments and all of my vehicles will come back here if I need alignments. Great people, very knowledgeable and was treated with nothing but respect. This shop is the reason why America is still great. I am a veteran and the service and staff were outstanding.There are good shops Out there, just very few. Hats off to you guys.
View on GoogleEditing my previous review to add I contacted them for 4 new tires this week. I had 3 quotes within 10 minutes after confirming an appointment time. No sales pitch, just some helpful information/highlights about each option. Took it in expecting an hour to an hour and a half, I was out in 45 minutes and the tires look (and drive) great. Really happy with the service here. --------- I've only had to come here for oil changes, new windshield wipers and simpler things since my car is still under warranty and pretty new. However, the service has always been stellar and everyone is very kind here. I've heard them talk to other customers like they're family and it just has an overall trustworthy vibe. My uncle was my mechanic my whole life, but he has since retired, so this is new territory for me. He always suggested to choose an Independently owned shop and he was right. Definitely recommend them.
