Excellent experience at the Lombard Discount Tire store. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They offered some of the best prices around, explained everything clearly with no pressure, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s great to deal with a team that truly cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. I also really appreciate their support of Veterans, which says a lot about the kind of business they are. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tires or service done right. Asked for Michael or Shawn great guys fell like you can trust em!

Absolutely wonderful! I recognize if anybody needs tires or windshield wipers this is the place to go to. I let them know that I was on a budget and they worked with me on the possible tires and windshield wipers. Their windshield wipers were unbelievably cheap and good I was so glad that I got it done there. All the employees were super super fantastic. I truly want to come back for anything who needs to these things done.

These guys vape when changing out tires. I bought 4 new tires from this place no insurance. It clearly looked like a full metal vape that was squished by the tire removal machine which unfortunately ended up in my tire while being replaced I had to get a brand new tire out of pocket at a different location. Knowing I don’t have any insurance on the tires I went back to that location to let them know. Went back to this location to let them know they shouldn’t be doing that and they took no accountability. The just stated anything can pierce through the tire. And since I have no insurance I was SOL. Won't be shopping back at this location never again and will never earn my business

Got 4 new tires and window wipers. Jordan the senior assistant manager was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He got me a great deal. No pressure at all to buy new tires told me my options and helped find deals. In the end decided to get new tires and wipers and for cheaper then I thought it would be. Would go to again because of Jordan.
