My car was in an accident on December 15th and my front driver side was dented. I took my car to crash champions as it was recommended by my insurance and it was a perfect place. The process was seamless and the communication from my advisor Kyle was top notch. Even during the holiday week my car was still be worked on. There was a slight delay due to a part but I was in communication the whole time. Crash champions wanted to do it right. Got my car back on 12/31 and my car feels brand new again. Highly recommend! I had an amazing experience At Crash Champions Collision Repair Lombard Rohlwing. They were professional and Knowledgeable about the necessary work that would be done on my car. I worked with Chris and his professionalism eased my nerves when I dropped my 2019 VW Jetta Off for a rear bumper repair. Chris thoroughly explained everything in detail about what would be done to my VW Jetta’s rear bumper and this gave me the confidence that they were passionate about the work they do. Today, I picked My car up and I was shocked about the excellent work that was done on my cars rear bumper. It looked amazing! They also cleaned my car inside out too. It took them 52 days to fix the car. We drove it out of the parking lot to find it still wasn't fully fixed so they asked us to bring it back. That's now 54 days. Since our insurance only pays for 50 days of rental car, we asked them to please reimburse us for the extra days they took to fix their mistake. Kyle, the manager, said he would, no problem. After 3 weeks they had not reimbursed us. I called twice and left messages. No return. I emailed Rob, Kyle, and the receptionist three times. Again no reply. That's what upset us most...to be completely ignored after promising to fix their own mistake of not repairing the car the first time. Now we're paying for their bad repair job. Your reply asks for feedback and what you can do to make it better. GIVE US OUR $85!

The team was very friendly and professional. They went through what the process was going to be before signing off on the statement of work. They called after every major process to provide a status and next steps. The vehicle was finished and ready for pickup on the day promised. I believe I cleaned the inside of my car before letting them work on it, but upon pickup, it appears cleaner. Would recommend to anyone who has gotten into an accident for body repairs!

Unfortunately a bad experience. I was rear ended back at the end of November and my insurance recommended Crash Champions. They seemed great when I first dropped my car off, and obviously there was some delay because of the holidays which I was super understanding of. Well, cut to almost two months later with no communication and no updates, I tried to call them multiple times and they would say they'd get back to me but never did. When I finally got to talk with someone, they claimed that they were waiting on a response from my insurance but lo and behold, my insurance says they hadn't gotten any documents or estimates since the car was brought in. TWO months before. Finally my insurance pushes them to get the documents sent in but at this point I've been in a rental for almost two months, and one month I've been paying completely out of pocket since insurance only covers so much. So thanks a lot, I'm out almost a grand in rentals and could've been done with this over a month ago but they didn't bother to communicate with me or my insurance. Terrible.
