I found United Collision & Customs in Lockport after searching on Google. The positive reviews convinced me to reach out to them to fix my 2025 Kia Seltos. Even though my insurance company wanted me to use their preferred shops, I decided to go with United Collision instead, and I’m glad I did. George and his team were professional and thorough. They responded to my emails and answered all my questions about the next steps. While insurance companies use AI for estimates, United Collision worked directly with my insurance to get the right parts and make sure the repairs were done properly. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had just come from the showroom. I’m a satisfied customer and highly recommend their shop!

I had a Dodge Charger R/T and was looking for a solid reliable shop that could do custom (after market) work on my car. This shop was able to install replacement fog lights, rear spoiler, custom grill and my under body lights. Very professional and quality work. I have another car now and a part of a car club. Had a hard time finding a place with decent prices to fix my daughter's car after it was hit while it was parked...her car is older so I could only get liability insurance on it, which means I had to pay out of pocket....
