Very disappointed with my experience at Bayardos. The service was overpriced, disrespectful, and unprofessional, from the front desk with Michelle (she has terrible customer service and accent) to the owner, Hector. (You should be ashamed of yourself I can see why you are having health issues) The shop was not reliable with opening on time, and communication was frustrating because I was often talked over instead of listened to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, and the issue was not properly diagnosed. I also had ongoing problems with a starter replacement that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I had to repeatedly ask for the work to be redone, and instead of resolving the problem, they continued to give me the runaround. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. There are better and more professional places to take your vehicle if you want to avoid wasting time, money, and energy. If I can give them zero stars, I would!!

My son sent me to Bayardo's after I received a very high estimate from my usual car repair shop. Bayardo's gave me an estimate $300 lower. They finished my brake repairs and changed my oil in a very timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely return for my car repair and oil changes.
