Great experience getting a wheel alignment here. I had a 9 AM appointment and was back on the road in 40 minutes! The staff was friendly and took care of everything I needed. Fast, professional, and easy. I was Helped by Lou and Todd who made my experience go pretty smooth
View on GoogleDid my appointment online and said tires in stock. Drove in and the tires I wanted weren’t in stock, and Brandon tried to up sale me. When I disagreed and was going to leave, the tires magically appeared I think. Don’t really know if I received the tires I bought on line. I was told about two hours, so I left it there. I called 5 hours later and told they were short staffed . I also payed for an oil change and fluids were not topped off. I went to use my truck this morning (installation Thursday, Saturday today) rear right was extremely low so I brought it in. People make mistakes, but it’s how they resolve the problem that matters. I mentioned the low fluids in the windshield washer also and was told it would be resolved. The gentleman took my truck on the lift and looked confused, one manager was in the lobby on his phone, don’t know where Brandon was.i walked into the shop and grabbed the spray bottle and showed him where the seal was leaking. I pretty sure I’m not allowed in the shop, but nobody stopped me. The gentleman then talked to another shop man smoking a cigarette outside, then I was told my rim is no good on a 2013 Chevy, but the other three are ok.My truck is in excellent shape and very clean. I will see if they fixed it, if not I will bring it elsewhere. Mavis’s problem solving, unacceptable. Brandon is a fast talker, and the other manager does nothing. Fluids were not topped off. Extremely disappointed. I’ve owned my own business for 32 years and never disrespected my customers like this!
View on GoogleMavis tires gave me a free brakes inspection when I wasn't sure if I needed the front or back brakes done. They were quick and helpful. I returned a week later to have the service done when Brenden quoted me a pretty good price on the service. The job was done quickly and efficiently!

Brenden was especially helpful with explaining the services, providing a quote, & accurately estimating the time it would take to repair my car. He really went above & beyond by giving me details on the warranties & where I can find Mavis Tire locations after I move. If you need somewhere reliable & efficient to work on your vehicle, I definitely recommend them ☺️
View on GooglePurchased tires here and they come with free tire rotations. The first time I had them rotated, they called me and said I had two stripped lug nut bolts. Frustrated because they were the last to remove the tires, I paid to have them replaced. Stupidly, I brought it months later to have them rotated again and they called me with the same issue. I complained because they are the only people removing the wheels, and they said they’ed take care of it. I have not been back since. I’m writing this review now because took my car the dealer to have routine maintenance done and they showed me I need 3 more new lug nut bolts because the ones Mavis “took care of” were destroyed. I’m lucky my wheel never fell off. Stay away!
