Amazing service and very trustworthy service people. Once came in for noise that my tires were making and found out after a tire rotation someplace else they didn’t tighten the lug nuts - Karn looked at it, replaced the nuts and only charged me for the parts - less than $10! I have more examples but that is just a small way that they do right by their customers.
