Don’t think twice, take your car here. They are honest, thorough, reliable, and they do great work. I had the front suspension and axle replaced and they were much more reasonable than any other shop in town.
View on GoogleJust wanted to give a shout out to Gear Heads, I brought my Jeep in with some very concerning warning lights and transmission alerts, and they initially diagnosed it as a transmission valve body problem, and the part was backordered with no clear ETA. I put down a deposit to hold my place, but while waiting I had another Jeep-specialty shop look at it, they found the issue to be an electrical problem (so tricky to diagnose). When I let Gear Headz know I no longer needed the repair, they refunded my entire deposit without any hassle, which genuinely surprised me. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, and they were great to work with throughout a stressful situation.

I've been bringing my cars here for the last 2 years and I live by O'Hare, my ride down to the shop is 1 hr but it is worth my time. Always diagnosed correctly, and fair priced. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop! Nate up front is very nice and explains everything in detail answers all questions you might have.
