I really hate that I chose this place should have went with my first choice jiffy lube! My truck been sitting with these ppls for 4 day’s now. NOBODY are calling me to let me know anything about my truck I have to keep calling checking on it. Lady said she’ll call me back once a technician looks at it & see what the problem is she NEVER GOT back to ME. Today I call & a guy say they can’t get it too start 🙄 duh that’s why it’s there, so yall can FIX the PROBLEM. I waisted my money on a tow truck to you guys and my time. You all are just getting paid just too show up for work & FIX NOTHING.

I go here for my oil changes and my last tune up. The staff is always friendly. They try to accommodate even when they’re visibly busy. I was struggling to change out my headlights, they refused to come out of the housing. I called around a few shops, all quotes were $200 for labor alone. At this Pep boys I was quoted $35 for parts and labor per a low beam. They squeezed me in and refused to let me buy them lunch. Their honesty and integrity cannot be beat.

Left my car with no communication on any repair that could be done instead of advising so I could get my car fixed in a timely manner. Had to wait an entire day to keep my car knowing they couldn’t fix it same day for an easy fix as well as charged for something that wasn’t asked for. I would never return nor would I advise anyone to go there again.

I have several cars, I autocross for hobby and work on them often. I took .y daily drive in for an oil change. Afterwards, I was called and told I needed new tires and another repair over $1,500 which needed to be addressed immediately! My 8 month old tires didn't need changed, and later confirmed there were no issues they claimed. They aren't the first and won't be the last sho to do this. I'll send my wife, family, and friends to one of the other dozen shops around instead. And maybe you should go somewhere else too.
