C&P Auto Express

Very professional shop. Took care of me the moment I walked in. Very attentive and patience to my questions. They did a full inspection to the car and explained everything they found wrong. Based on their recommendation we agreed on a plan. In just a few hours they had my car ready and it has been working great ever since. Definitely a shop worth trusting and definitely coming back. Reasonable pricing as well.

This will be a negative review. I want to start by Saying that Carlos, who I believe is the shop manager or front desk manager was very professional and respectful when I spoke with him. I needed suspension work and for the alternator to be tested. The suspension on my car is pretty expensive so it’s not like I was showing up for a simple oil change. The morning of my appointment I went to the address I found on Google. The address was wrong, I guess the shop moved across the street, not entirely sure. I called the number which I used when speaking with Carlos, someone else picked up and I let them know what’s going on. I do not know this persons name but he already was coming off as unpleasant on the phone. I went to the address that they provided. The shop entrance was a little difficult to find. It’s behind another business that had cars and trucks parked everywhere even by the entrance of this shop. I was not sure where to park because of this. I did not want to park if those spaces belonged to the other business so I pulled up to the over head door of Auto express until I figured out what to do. I parked my car and got out, immediately the person whose voice I recognized from the phone earlier told me in a rude manner to “move your car! You’re blocking my door!” “Find a parking!” I asked where, mind you the lot was pretty full of the other business vehicles. This person said “anywhere you find” still with an attitude and very rude. The guy seemed like he was having a bad day but that is not the customers fault if you have something personal going on. Leave your bad attitude at the door before clocking in. I was not about to give this business my money after I took the time to go there for service and then to be disrespected so I got back in my car and I left. I found another shop that was professional and respectful. They will be getting my business from now on. Whomever that person was at CP Auto Express, you cost your team business. Learn how to treat others or find something else to do.

Did a detailed inspection for free and sent a list of recommended and required fixes, also gave me an option to accept and decline repairs. Awesome prices, quick and reliable. Trustworthy mechanics!

Working from out of town and my car broke down, I had it towed to C&P because of the online reviews and every last detail lived up to it. Quality honest work and a reasonable price. Thank you

My daughter recommended I go here with check engine light on. They thoroughly inspected the engine and reassured me about the problem. Stated to return if any additional problems. Communicated throughout their finding and recommendations given the age and mileage on the car
