PDR Sharks

To start off from the beginning the drop off process was not as smooth as I would have hoped I was expecting to have a rental ready for me upon drop off as promised initially before bringing my truck in but instead was ubered to work and ended up being almost 2 hrs late. Then I was told I could not take my truck from the shop the next day because if I did I would have to put down 900+ dollars until I brought my car back. Not only was I told that but I was told it had to be cash. Because there are no card readers. And still I had to go back without a vehicle that was promised originally. Customer service has been aweful and slow to respond. I even called ahead to let them know I needed to grab some belongings from my truck and when I got there no one was there and no one could find my keys. Eventually my keys were located somewhere noones would think to look either. Upon pick up I was told to bring the money sent by my insurance in cash or cashiers check. I was working so I had friends pick it up. Immediately upon their arrival, my friends noticed my truck was covered with dust and dirt and still had the indicator marker all over it still. They had it washed up and not even 30 min later I had my truck. Now on initial inspection I noticed dings and scuffs in the paint that weren’t not there originally. I know every inch of my truck. And I know what was there and what wasn’t there before bringing it to the shop. I immediately called and texted the office with no response for what now is a week. The only one who texted me was Andrew who told me to bring the truck back and they would rectify it. I had even asked for before pictures so I knew what the truck looked like going into the shop and some dings and scuffs in my truck before hand which they took pictures of. But the dings and scraps that weren’t there when they took the before pictures they refuse to fix. Which I know my truck didn’t get damaged in the drive from their shop to the dealership I work at. I asked multiple times and left voicemails to have someone reach out and call me and still I get shorted texted messages. I am frustrated at this point. I tr
