I was on my way into Chicago from Mpls when every light on my dashboard came on while going 80mph on the highway…… I pulled off to the first auto shop I could find. I’m so thankful I ended up at Up Garage. Within ONE HOUR, Yoshi and his team had me back on my journey. They saved me!!!! Cannot thank them enough for their prompt service. 1000/10 service. Thank you again!

View on GoogleI had discovered this place because my car had broke down on 11/08/24 when i was on the high way and it was the nearest place to me that gps could find. They fixed my front axle that had broke on the front passenger side with no problem. Fast forward to 1/31/25 the axle broke again which means i was issued a faulty part. I had asked to be given a receipt stating if the parts used were new or used because i wanted new so that i didn’t run across this issue again. 2/3/25 spoke with someone and explained the issue, i was told that the part had a year warranty and i explained that i didn’t live in the area and questioned how we would go about proceeding. I got a bad vibe over the phone and don’t feel reassured. I was told car was still drivable and to bring it in. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
