I’m beyond grateful for this shop. I came in stressed about my car, and Juan treated me with so much kindness and respect from the start. The work was done professionally and at a very reasonable price, especially compared to the other estimates I received, which were honestly outrageous. View on GoogleHighly recommend 3 J Auto Body, Juan provided excellent customer service throughout the process of the repairs. The quality is outstanding, I was amazed at how my vehicle looked after. The paint match and overall repair of the vehicle are beyond expectations. They were also able to paint on carbon fiber parts, I could not find anyone in the area that was able to paint on carbon fiber, but Juan did an amazing job, I highly recommend them. If you're looking for a Auto Body shop with high integrity and quality of service, look nowhere else 3 J Auto Body is the place to go.

They exceeded that expectation. He is an honest, hard-working man who tells it like it is with a marvelous sprinkling of kindness and humanity. Juan is a credit to his profession and a tremendous contributor to the most positive business spirit of the Centex community in Elk Grove.

View on GoogleI needed my front bumper painted from a minor parking lot incident. My car is a dark blue Tesla and an estimate from the Tesla app was outrageous. So I did nothing for months. My son's mother in law purchased a car in Tinley Park after the holidays and the salesman mentioned he knew a great place to get body work done. My son texted Juan at 3J Auto Body and sent him some photos of the damage. Juan sent back a quote and it was 90% lower than the Tesla quote. I called him and told him I'd be in town the following week for my grandson's birth. Not only was Juan talented, responsive and professional, he asked about my new grandon. When we came to pick up my car, Juan had some model cars on display in the office. My other grandson (20 months old) loves cars and Juan gave him a car. The paint job was flawless. Juan's customer service was effortless because he is a very nice man and father himself. Even though I live 128 miles away from 3J Auto Body, I would go back to Juan in a heartbeat. When you find a 'guy' for the job that is exceptional, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you Juan!
