I bought 2 Air HOSE on Saturday and more stuff at this location, a guy with the long hair (little bit old) at the computer was so helpful, he got everything right for me even though maybe I mixed up the sizes And then, I go back TODAY 5/11/2026 so i can it RETURN the AIR HOSE, because it was not the same size and I couldn't USE it. I believe his name was MICHAEL (blonde hair, looked like maybe Polish or European) he made such a big SCENE ...with Yelling at me,and acting TOO bossy like YOU should clean that HOSE before you bring it and all that, so the hose it is in returnable condition in very UNPROFESIONAL way I didn't wanted to make a SCENE, out of that, but I have to write this, so I hope his manager or Owner reads this His behavior is not ACCEPTABLE, for anyone....and I hope I don't want to deal with him anymore or anyone who act like him I went to my CAR, just CLEANED and bring it right back, he was to the other side, and he WENT inside like acting like he was busy, I'm sure he was scared or ashamed of himself to come and say smth So, I went to the next guy with the beard, he helped me with the returning and all that in very professional way. And I told him pls teach this guy how to talk to the CUSTOMERS,to be nicer and more calm he needs to be taught, or he is too ignorant and acts like a smart guy LOUD and acting like so bossy and....i hope i don't have to deal with this guy AGAIN Because of this guy who helped me today with the beard and Saturday I have to put 3 stars other than that it would have put 1 because of that guy Michael

Fiar enough but very expensive... 🤷♂️ updated - 06/01/2026 Casier bring me part that I needed and I was ready to pay with my card in hand and leave but he took his cellphone and start talking to "Bob" his friend/brother whatever and he started opening his previous invoices checking prices from his old invoices , chatting ect... His colleague and me were looking at him but he didn't care and he made comment "guy staring at me". I didn't have time to wait him to finish his phone call because truck was in shop blocking another one and we just need that one brake chamber to finish it and I went to next store half mile to buy it. Never saw this kind of careless and disrespect for costumers and I am going daily to different stores for out shop supply. There are very good and professional people there but costumer service from this one is 0 !
View on GoogleVery low quality parts they will not warranty anything you are better off ordering parts from Amazon or eBay they’re better built than the Chinese parts they have DO NOT BUY BRAKE DRUMS!!!! Update 02-14-2025 My hub still in good condition no problems with other drums except yours. Don’t buy here. Dealers have better special on brakes 🤑
