My alternator failed while driving thru Chicago. I pulled into my hotel and started to park when the car died and rolled til it hit the concrete bumper. The next morning I started calling places - first was a dealership who couldn't get me in for another day just to look at it. I called Performance and got Craig who is, by far, the best automotive service person I have ever dealt with. I explained the issue. He recommended a wrecking company to pick up the vehicle. I immediately called them and called Craig back to let him know they were picking up the vehicle at 10:30am. Craig already had the alternator and drive belt coming from a supply house ! He called back within an hour of the wrecker picking up the vehicle with a price which was very, very reasonable given estimates I had found on the web. I was out of there by 4pm. I own a regional Midwest business with an office in Chicago. I plan on moving my vehicle maintenance to Performance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been very pleased with the service I received here at performance auto and everyone has been great to work with. The prices are VERY reasonable and since this is my only car, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that they give me a ride back to my house while they work on my car and then come and pick me up when my car is done. I definitely give 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
