Stay away! Dishonest people! We took the truck for repairs at this shop and we are completely baffled at how dishonest they are! It took them forever to fix it(about a week). Then we were charged a lot more hours for labor and parts. To put the cherry on the top of this beepcake shop, they damaged our truck! Yes, you heard it right.!!!We proved it to them that they did it, where and how and they still did not take responsibility for the damage! They are the worst mechanics we ever had to deal with!!!!! They are con artists and you are just getting swindled by them! If I could, I would give them a negative 5 stars!!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of hard working people which count on every penny they make!!!!

We had a truck lock up the AC Compressor making the truck inoperable. We needed the truck fixed asap as we had committed work that needed to be complete. Other shops said it would be weeks before they could look at. These guys said ‘bring it in we’ll get the parts and fix tonight’. They had it fixed and the truck rolled out within 3 hours of our call. These guys were lifesavers and will be our go to service shop in Chicagoland moving forward. Best wishes to all that made this happen from our team at Box Truxx.
