View on GoogleAfter going to a different mechanic and my car issue not being properly fixed my brother recommended I go to J & Z. He has taken his car there several times. He had nothing but good things to say so I gave them a call. Rachel was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was able to get my car in quickly. Very satisfied of the work that was done. I will definitely take my car back here for any future work. Friendly staff and they do great work. Highly recommend this shop.

View on GoogleA+++++++++ Oh my gosh, don't EVER go anywhere else! J&Z is my forever mechanic. I have been to both location and just love them. This was my first visit to the Higgins location. I was met by Rachel who jumped right in my car to take a test drive to find out what the noise I've been hearing is coming from. She then had her mechanic Anthony hop in to confirm her thoughts. After diagnosing the problem, I had to go through my after-market insurance (what a nightmare). They put up multiple strands of red tape and Rachel walked with me alongside to get through it all to resolve the issue. I was then able to drop off my car this morning and within hours the car was finished and I picked it up. I have never had a bad experience with J&Z. They are all very competent, knowledgeable, and kind. I trust them wholeheartedly and would recommend them to anyone wanting a forever mechanic shop for all their needs, from oil changes to major repairs. Thank you again Rachel, Anthony, and the whole J&Z team !!
