I had a great experience with Chicago Wheel Service. I hit a pothole on my way home from work that bent/cracked the rim on my brand new 2026 Honda Civic, and I was stressed about finding a trustworthy shop. I called them first for an estimate, then called around to a few other places. One shop I spoke with didn’t even do rim repairs but they specifically recommended Chicago Wheel Service, which says a lot. I called back and spoke with Joe, and he was able to fit me in the same day. Joe inspected the wheel, explained everything clearly, and was very transparent about my options. He immediately started looking for an OEM rim for me. A couple days later the rim came in, the repair was done quickly, and it looks brand new. You’d never know anything happened. Honest, informative, and efficient service. I highly recommend them if you need wheel or rim work done.

I’d been driving on an expired spare tire (from 2009 and expired in 2019! Replace your donuts every 6-10 years!) since New Year's after hitting the gnarliest pothole I’ve ever encountered. He walked me through the entire diagnostic process, making it clear that if the rim wasn't safe to repair, he’d tell me upfront rather than just taking my money. ​Luckily, the damage to my stock rim was only surface-level. Joe was a total champ—he got the spare off, repaired the rim, and had me back on the road in about an hour and 5 minutes. The time flew by in their clean, stylish, and comfortable waiting room. This service does great work! I had peeled curbed and major corrosion on my 22 inch polished aluminum Escalade wheels. I thought my wheels were trash and this company completely reconditioned them to bare metal straightened and painted black. Wish I had before pics! Much improved and probably better than OEM GM quality. Very good customer service. Extremely satisfied.

I had a bent rim on one of our service trucks and needed it repaired quickly. They had the replacement rim ready the very next day, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Great customer service. Took care of some wheels after another tire place damaged the finish. Wheels came out great, and balanced my big all terrain tires amazingly well! Used less weights than discount tire ever has, and got them perfectly balanced the first time. Their communication is also great and you know what you’re getting from the get go.
