Had my Jeep taken in there about five months ago they had me in and out in about eight days. It was pretty bad. He did a real nice job on it. I was surprised because I thought it was gonna take a lot longer than it. Did I had my rental car and they actually returned it for me? I thought the work was very good. I would recommend him to anyone especially with high-end vehicles. My SRT is my pride and joy and I’m just happy. He got it looking the way it used to thank you Pat very much appreciated.

🚨 WARNING: I strongly advise anyone to avoid Castle Collision Center in Elk Grove Village!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🚨 🚨 PAT, FIX MY CAR ALREADY!!!!🚨 After approximately 3 years and 8 months, my vehicle has still not been properly repaired, and my car is currently still in the business's possession -- this last time since the beginning of October 2025 (8 MONTHS!!!). My car has been in and out of this shop for over 3, going on 4 years. YES, YEARS!!!!! Crazy I know. I have been more than patient and beyond understanding, but enough is enough!! My Chevrolet Trax was taken there for accident repairs in September 2022 after insurance approved and paid for repairs. The shop kept my vehicle for about 7 months during the initial repair process while giving repeated excuses involving delayed parts, vacations, meetings, holidays, staffing issues, and even personal excuses. Pat later admitted my vehicle had not been worked on because other customers' vehicles were prioritized ahead of mine. The vehicle was finally returned on April 25, 2023. Within a week or two, it began shaking, overheating, leaking oil and coolant, smoking, and became unsafe to drive. I immediately returned it for correction, but throughout 2023 and 2024 the vehicle repeatedly went in and out of the shop without resolution. My car eventually became inoperable. In September 2025, owner Pat retrieved the vehicle again, promising final repair. It is now May 2026, and they STILL have my vehicle. I continue receiving completion dates that are never honored while calls and messages are frequently ignored. I have not heard from Pat since May 1st, when he promised my car back the following Monday, the 4th. It is now the 23rd, and still nothing. It is ridiculous that after nearly four years, I still do not have a properly repaired vehicle despite insurance payment already being issued years ago. At this point, I believe I deserve either a replacement vehicle or full compensation for the damage, loss of use, and failed repairs. I no longer have confidence that this vehicle was ever properly repaired or fully fixable to begin with. I truly do not understand how this shop has not been able to return me a properly functioning vehicle after all this time. Extremely poor communication, unreasonable delays, and unresolved repairs. Proceed with caution.

I went to the collision center about three weeks ago. I have State Farm. I wasn’t sure if I was going to use his company, but I felt at ease when I talked to Pat and the lady named Amber they explained everything and how long it would take now it did take a couple days longer than they said. I thought I’d have the car back within about seven days. It took about 11 days but I have to say it actually looked Better than when I bought the vehicle, so State Farm is definitely my choice of insurance and Castle collision is definitely where I’ll go in the future. Hopefully this never happens again.

I brought my Honda Accord to this body shop about a month ago. It took a little longer than expected. I thought I’d get it back in about 4 to 5 days. It did take about two weeks, but the job came out just fine. They kept me updated here and there I did have to call it sometimes but they did good work and I hope that if I ever have to come here again, I will get the same service again. It did take about a week longer than I thought but at the end of the day, I’m satisfied thank you Pat

I had a ripple in the passenger door that needed to be fixed. Pat worked with my schedule and got the vehicle in when it was best for me. The work was extremely well done and affordable. I would highly recommend Castle Collision for your auto body repairs.
