I had a great experience with this shop. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain what they found with my car without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. The diagnostic process was thorough, and the cost of the diagnosis was applied toward the repair, which I appreciated. The staff kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions patiently, and completed the work in a timely manner. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust (specially as a female, had my share of bad experiences), but this shop made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

TrueTech is my go to place for all my cars. Matt & Matt are awesome people. You will always get high quality work here. They are very honest, professional, and reliable. It's hard to find a good automotive shop that doesn't try to sell you on parts that don't need to be repaired. Truetech is not this type of place. They always conduct a vehicle inspection and will give you their thoughts on the necessary parts that need to be replaced. Their honesty and straight forward approach goes a long way with me. I have been going to Trutech with my 4 cars since I found them in 2020. Hopefully they don't go anywhere soon, because I definitely do not want to go thru the pain of finding another reliable shop like TrueTech.

HONESTY + HIGH QUALITY WORK = A+++ I highly recommend True Tech. Excellent workmanship , professional service They deserve a much higher score than 5 stars. My previous mechanic wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix my 2012 Chevy Equinox. Thankfully my friend told me to go for a full inspection and second opinion at True Tech. Matt and his team fixed my car for less , they literally saved me thousands of dollars by fixing the problem without installing a new engine. Thank you very much :))

TrueTech Automotive is an service station that's hard to find now days. They provide honest, professional, knowledgeable, high quality service. They know what they're doing and pursue their work with a "do unto others as I wish done unto me" approach along with a great deal of pride in their work and a high level of respect for customers. I just had my first work done by them for my original owner 2008 F250. New exhaust manifolds, steering components, alignment, lube, oil, and filters along with some other miscellaneous work. I'm a perfectionist who has done my own work for decades, and Matt, Matt, David, and the team fully met all my expectations. I'm very pleased with their work and I will be back. I also will gladly recommend their services to others. Do your research, give them a shot, you won't regret it.

A friend suggested this place to me, and I'm thankful he did. I had a very concerning sound coming from a tire and with my car being in the shop twice last month I was super nervous about it taking it back in. I stopped in without an appointment (not suggested) fully expecting just to make an appointment for later in the week and get some more information about this shop in general. Everyone took care of me, they were upfront with pricing, workload, and very thorough with their work. I was very grateful they were able to fit me in, fixed my issue, and even warned me about potential other future issues. The shop was SO CLEAN, the seating was comfortable. Do recommend, I will be going back. (Hopefully not TOO soon!)
