Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Juan was very professional and thorough with the service he provided. He was patient with all my questions and was able to successfully rectify my issues. I went to Firestone, just tires and a local mechanic who all said my sensor was fine. I knew it wasn't because the tire sensor light stayed on, on the dashboard. Juan install my 2 new Goodyear tires and replace faulty sensor and now my vehicle is functioning the way It should. I would highly recommend them to anyone. 😀

I had an appointment yesterday to change my tires, all 4 but then I had to request refund because the mechanic said the lift was too small to accomodate my vehicle. Guess what vehicle I had, a pretty much standard SUV! I don't have a truck! So they suggested to have my installation fee refunded and just bring the tires to Just Tires which is a couple of miles away. The thing is there is a "BUT", that dude is not sure if they will install a third party tire. So to make the story short, I just did a full refund instead of me going around looking for a place to had my tires installed. I don't know how the heck they have the include tire installation option when they can't even do it on my vehicle. Here's the worst part, most vehicle nowadays have a mobile app where you can really use alot especially in a snowy state. It also saves any history about the routes and speed and something else. Today just out of the blue while starting my vehicle before I stepped out of work, I checked my Trips History especially yesterday because I had a bad feeling that something was not right on how my vehicle was driven from the parking going inside the shop. Lo and behold! Its just a one minute drive or less maybe, they go flying on whoever drove. Not making stories here but they pull a 29.4mph speed with a hard break! Seriously?!? I bet its more faster than what was recorded. I know they don't care because its not theirs anyway. I'm just sharing this for you guys to be aware. To the Manager/Supervisor of this branch you should keep an eye on your employees.

I talked to two guys regarding getting gas. They only take cards but advised I could just buy Sam's club gift card and use THAT. I wish I knew their names sorry forgot to ask.. Cashier gave me a hard time because my ID was a Lil chipped at the end when I bought white claw.. I'm 36.. I know she's just doing her best but come seriously? LOL

I had a great experience at Sam’s Club Tire Center! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my tires installed fast. I went with Cooper tires, and they ride much smoother than the original Toyota ones. Overall, excellent service and great value — highly recommend!

Today is Monday. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just for the employee to tell me that he does not know how to inspect my tires and file a Michelin warranty claim. I have to wait for his boss to come back to work on Friday before I can even order new tires. Summary: Michelin tires are extremely overrated and Sam’s Club is worthless. From now on, I will only buy Bridgestone tires from Costco. Update: Both Michelin and Sam’s Club claimed the other party was responsible for honoring the warranty. I put them both on a group call and the guy from Sam’s Club admitted that they are responsible for the warranty. I went to Sam’s Club with all the paperwork showing my car service since purchasing the tires. I had driven under 26,000 miles, gotten all the rotations, and they had offered a 60,000 mile warranty. The guy from Sam’s Club said that my tires were at “4/32nds” and the warranty doesn’t activate until my tires are at “2/32nds.” TL,DR: Sam’s Club’s 60,000 mile warranty is a lie. They’ll waste your time and then tell you the warranty doesn’t activate until your tires are completely bald.
