The guys at Hessen are top notch professionals with expert knowledge on European cars. I have been coming to them with my 2011 BMW for almost 7 years now and they have fixed any issue for a fair price and in quick time. I trust Bob more than any mechanic I have dealt with in my 20 years owning various cars with many issues. This man will tell you like it is and be honest about whether some problems really need to be fixed urgently or not. I live 40 minutes from this shop and even go there for simple oil changes because I trust them so much. They have done lots of complicated and pricey work on my car and anything they have fixed has stayed fixed. Never gone back for the same problem twice. I would never take my car anywhere else. Recently, I dropped off my 911 after a check engine light came on, fully expecting they’d need to replace coils or do some major repair. Instead, Bob called to tell me nothing was wrong—after clearing the sensor, the car was ready to hit the road. And the best part? No charge at all. That kind of honesty is almost unheard of from mechanics or even dealers.
