My boyfriend bought a 2012 Mercedes for me from this shop last month and although I was initially excited to drive it, I've now discovered so many problems that I'm too scared to use it anymore. Apparently the employees selling the vehicle were super dishonest because they didn't tell us about anything wrong with the car. The worst thing is that the transmission has some problem when coming to a stop it grinds and the car stalls. So stressful. The car is unusable at this point! Besides that there are a bunch of suspension issues. The car won't lock 30% of the time. It doesn't turn off with the off button so I've had to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. After driving for more than 30 minutes the traction control and cruise control fail to work which is so dangerous on snowy roads. To anyone that's considering to buy a car here that they found on Facebook or elsewhere: please run away!!!

Bought my car there last year and it’s started to have problems. Found out they showed me a fake Carfax because now that I want to sell it i got the carfax and it’s declared a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE. They said it’s clean title 1 owner car with no accidents. Well it’s total loss, 4 owners, and one accident. They refuse to admit this and say it’s still a clean title. Had my lawyer look into it and it’s definitely against the law in Illinois, so I will be taking them to court shortly if this doesn’t get fixed. Hopefully the last time they sell a bad car to anyone
