What a great experience from start to finish. Most impressive, beyond the great body work, is their coordination of the job and communication about it. They have new rental cars onsite. They are clear and accurate about the time table for work being done. And everyone who greets you either in person or over the phone is stellar, good-humored, and knowledgable. In spite of the circumstances, what a tremendous experience. This is how all businesses should run.I highly, highly, highly recommend Derek's Auto Body.

Mike was great from start to finish. He explained everything and how he'd work with the insurance company. Super professional, super knowledgeable, and a great communicator. They even have a rental car to make the pick-up and drop-off easy and cut out one add'l moving piece. The communication was fantastic, efficiency impressive, and final repair work perfect. They even gave the car a great wash and clean. Excellent, excellent work. I highly recommend!
