This shop was recommended by our mechanic @ JustPol, and they did not disappoint. I took it in after an accident. The whole process from beginning to end was a pleasant experience. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable & took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. Worked with my insurance to make my car whole again. Communication was excellent, as I was updated on the repairs status throughout. Repairs were perfect, you'd never know it was smashed up the week before. I cannot say enough about this shop. This is an example to all about how to run a business! Thank you for making my Trailblazer beautiful again!

I never hesitate or think twice about bringing my vehicles to Derek’s Auto Repair. They have provided service to my company’s vehicles for the past 6 years or so and I have always received great service and results at a very reasonable price. Bozena and Derek are very great in providing a detailed quote prior to any work and never try to oversell services that I don’t need. An honest mechanic is hard to find and I can confidently and highly recommend Derek for any work you may need done on your vehicle.

Bozana and her family , Mike and Derek and their techs are the best. The entire experience is always great. She will call you and keep you updated and be assured it will be fixed right the first time. Never had to go for a redo . They are one time fix and price is always a pleasant surprise. Very fair. They put new car service departments to shame at $225 an hour and give you e week waiting list to get in. And then you have to come back to redo the work. It would be a shame if you didn't see for yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Proud to brag about them. Ted K.
