Such a bad place. Everyone has a room temperature IQ. I ordered tires online prepaid and even called in to secure an appointment. They acknowledged that I ordered tires online and knew I was coming and they told me it would be about 2 hours. They not only back tracked on the appointment, but denied delivery of the tires and said it would take all day to mount tires. I work at a different shop I know for fact it doesn't take more than hour and a half to change tires. Also reading other reviews it looks like they normally do this if you don't buy tires directly from them. This place is nothing but crap excuses. Also why have the main secretary on the phone if she can barely speak English like it took longer than mounting the tires themselves.

Night before received and email reminder about my app. Showed up on time to find out they REFUSED delivery due to lack of space to store them for 2 days!!!! WHY OFFER YOUR SERVICES with online retailers. App was on the 26th, delivery refused on the 23rd....enough time to inform me!!! Not to mention I had to make work arrangements for this app. Best part....at 9 am no one is working, not even there and the guy tells me they are too busy!!!! They open at 7:30 AM. Zero responsibility, Zero help...do what you want. AVOID this place!!!!!
