I was here yesterday, they fixed my tire, but the next day it went flat again. I went back, and they showed me another tire, but it was the same one. I paid twice, wasted my time, and missed work. I went to them for the third time. I was there that same morning, but they didn't find anything and sent me home. I paid $25 because a black cap had come off the wheel. After lunch, the tire was flat again, so I went back to them, and only then did they find the cause; the tire needed to be replaced, it was full of holes and beyond repair. They didn't notice this; they just took the tire off, put it back on, charged me money for who knows what, and sent me home. When they finally noticed that the tire was beyond repair, they returned $60, but I lost three days of work. I missed work for three days, and the stress was immense. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Bob’s Auto & Truck Repair was absolutely amazing and truly saved my Mother’s Day weekend. After Firestone told me they could help with my oil leak, I had my car towed there only to later be told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day. Being from Wisconsin and over 2 hours away from home, I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly starting to feel hopeless. I then found Bob’s Auto & Truck Repair, gave them a call, and from the very beginning they were kind, honest, and reassuring. They told me they could at least take a look at it and if it was something minor, they would do their best to fix it right away. I ended up having my car towed there, and they immediately inspected it, found the issue quickly, and got it repaired the same day. On top of that, they charged me a very fair rate and saved me a significant amount of money compared to what I likely would have spent at Firestone on additional testing and diagnostic fees that wasn’t necessary. Because of them, I was able to safely get back on the road and still enjoy the rest of my Mother’s Day. Their customer service, urgency, honesty, and willingness to help on a Sunday afternoon meant more than they know. I cannot thank Bob’s Auto & Truck Repair enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, affordable, and trustworthy service.

The absolute best place to get any kind of service. all of the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I do have to make note of one technician in particular, Brian , I trust him completely with my pink princess.

I had a last minute issue where my car kept stalling when idling, and had to drive an hour away for class in few hours. They took me in literally 5 minutes, let me study in their office, completed the diagnostic and fixed the issued within an hour, and refused to let me pay. Thank you so much for your kindness, flexibility, patience and positive energy. You guys are life savers!

This place is genuine, honest, and reasonable. When I got there, they were empathetic toward my car situation. I trusted their knowledge and capability right away, it was clear they knew what they were doing. They offer reasonable rates for repairs and are open late even on a Sunday! They know cars don’t only breakdown on Mon-fri between 8a-5p. They’re ready for your Sunday 5:30pm car emergency. Thanks again for all your help guys!
