My car was hit while parked with significant damage to the driver-side door. I filed a claim through the driver's insurance (AAA), which recommended Auto Center of Des Plaines. They did great work, communicated well, and made things as easy as possible with scheduling, rental car arrangement, etc. The work and paint blending is flawless. It's like it never happened.

The people in the office were very nice, polite, friendly, and helpful. The car was returned after the repair very thoroughly cleaned, which is something to appreciate these days. While the damage from the accident was being repaired, we requested that some previous damage be repaired at our expense. The finished product was beautiful - the car looked as good as new. They cleaned the car (inside and out) and even repaired our broken glove box. I would recommend this business to whoever needs car repair. In addition to their quality service, the customer service is fantastic.
View on GoogleI chose this shop because of the many glowing 5 star reviews. I concur! A semi-trailer backed into the driver's side of our Jeep. The doors and wheel wells were replaced/repaired and all came out on alignment. Paint was a perfect match. Done in two weeks, but lucky all parts were available. Car was washed and tire shine applied...looked great! The staff also took time to clearly explain the work to me, both before and after. Friendly and patient. Highly recommend!
