This shop was recommended by another mechanic for an a/c fix. They worked so quick, found the leak, ordered and replaced the part, and I’m all good to go before the long weekend. And they did it for much cheaper than what another place was quoting me. Even showed me the replaced part for me to see how bad it was. View on GoogleI stopped in there because of a rattle I was hearing going over bumps and Jay took it for a test drive and he told me it was my back passages strut that was no good and also he noticed my brake pedal was going to the floor so he inspected my brakes and they just needed to be bleed. Highly recommend this place. Jay treated me great and honest. Also great price. Will be returning to pit stop for future work for my car.

Being a woman, most mechanics tend to try to get us to have things done that don't need done, and charge ridiculous amounts of money on top of it. Pit Spot is honest and reasonably priced. They give you all of your options, explain them, and let you make an informed decision.
View on GoogleRecently bought a car that started making squealing noise from the brakes even though they were replaced by dealer. Went to another mechanic to inspect, they said everything was fine and just regreased them, not to worry since they are new. After a day, the noise return. Everyone kept saying it's just the bedding process to give it time, but I knew it was something else and not right so decide to have Pit Spot check it out. After explaining, the owner immediately drove the van to hear the noise himself (doubt others did even though I asked them to drive it so they knew what noise I was talking about). Drove the van in, took everything out and inspected it. Within moments, realized the rotors were scratched and understood the culprit, clips installed incorrectly. Eventhough I installed the clips based on how they were previously, he mentioned they were already wrong since the dealer. Anyways, unlike others, he listened, actually drove the car to experience the problem I explained, thoroughly inspected, identified the problem others couldn't and clearly explained everything. Pricing is very reasonable and he actually was able to provide different pricing options. Very satisfied to have stopped by Pit Spot!
