I needed new brakes and wanted to get them on my day off (Saturday) Luckily the shop was open that day and I made an appointment. He quoted me a fair price over the phone and was able to accommodate me by getting them done right away when they opened so I could get to another appointment. He was right on time to open the shop and the job was done sooner than expected. The price was honored that we discussed over the the phone and he didnt charge me to use my credit card like the last shop I visited. Honest and kind guy. Cool military memorabilia and toy car collection decorations in the shop too. The reviews matched up to my experience. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend John's Auto (and Eric specifically) enough. We've been having cars serviced there for over 20 years. I've always recommended them to anyone asking for honest and fair mechanics but never thought to do a review before now. Eric is the most honest mechanic we have dealt with and even though we moved an hour away, we make the trek there and back to drop off and again to pick up because of the trust we have in him. He recently sent us to a special shop for a new transmission because that's what we needed (too much to go into here) and the shop he referred us to, saved us $4,000 by their honest help and input, so Eric ultimately saved us that amount too! I would never hesitate to refer someone to John's Automotive.

My mechanic of over 30 years retired and I was recommended to John's Automotive by a couple of people. Dealt with Eric and was the nicest and most knowledgeable I've dealt with in awhile. Even though my car's problem was minor he treated me like a major customer and fixed the problem fast and right. He has a new customer for life. I recommend John's Automotive and especially Eric!

Highly recommend! They are super friendly and helpful. I’ve came to them a few times for miscellaneous things and every time they were honest worked with me to do what I was able to afford. And today they patched a tiny hole in my tire within minutes When other places were quoting me hours and expensive prices. If you want honest hardworking people to help you with your car absolutely come here!
