Update - Originally gave them a 4 star review but now i will drop it to one for laziness. I changed out all my suspension myself, tie rods, control arms, struts, sway bar links etc. I took the tire off today to change my surpentine belt just to see they were too freaking lazy to undo the screws for the tie rod boot to adjust it since I took it for a wheel alignment. Instead they just adjusted the tie rod and twisted the hell out of the tie rod boots as shown on the picture. Now I will have to check them all to see if there are any rips. Stay away!!! First not even checking to see if I had adjustable caster bolts and now this. It just means its a shop that takes shortcuts and does not take pride on their work. Overall good experience although the tech who did my alignment did not adjust the caster because he stated it is not adjustable. Although factory caster is not adjustable i do have an adjustable camber kit in place which means he did not check it. I do have the warranty for a year and I let them know that I have the adjustable kit on there so when I buy tires and come back for another alignment they will adjust it.

Just left. David gave great service. Very friendly and peaceful. Got brakes done. Didn’t rip me off. Came for all four, but was told rear brakes were at 70%. I appreciate the honesty. The other brake shop, Meineke, was trying to charge me $1500. Got the pep boys special!
View on GoogleThis location isn't to bad, however corporate doesn't care for their customers or in my case lost customer for life. So, I went in for new tires, automatically the advisor adds a protection plan with out asking me or telling me the price would jump a few hundred dollars. So I said no thanks and walked out. Gave it a few days and went back to work with a different advisor, I was happy with his work and moved forward, the tech struggled to get my rim off of a 2020 vehicle, he lacked good tool and caused some minor damage to the rim. I had to go to Advance Auto to buy socket set to remove the damaged luggage nuts myself in their shop to get on with my day.. also I was stuck paying for the new luggage nuts ontop of the sockets I'll never use again. Advisor tried to make it right and knock off money but the system wouldn't let him. So, I went to corporate, multiple emails and 2 months later still nothing! I'm done and over this goodbye, my business will go elsewhere while advising eveyone I know to do the same. I submitted proof & photos of everything as I know its not what you you know its what you can prove.
