I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, May 2, at 9:30 a.m. When I got there, the facility wasn’t open, so I called the 1800 number and was told that the building should have been open by 9 a.m. I do not recommend anyone doing business here at cash champion. They do not put their customers nor business first. They should’ve been open at 9am and not 10:20 when I returned

View on GoogleThe staff was not good at communicating updates on my vehicle. I had to call them few few days to check on my car. It is week three and I still don't have my car back and after calling they tell me that some of the repair cannot be completed by them and they had to be sent to the dealership after they had my car for weeks. They were unable to provide a lender for the inconvenience. I am going into week four!

View on GoogleI took my car to this body shop hoping they would charge me less than the dealership. The manager, Louie, was very personable and communicative. The issue with my car was that I couldn’t open the driver's side door from the outside. Louie had one of the mechanics, Francisco, take a look while he went on his lunch break. The mechanic finished in about 20-30 minutes, brought my keys, and had me check out the fix. Everything looked great and I could open my door! When I walked back to the register, they told me there was no charge—wait, what??? I was absolutely flabbergasted. This was such a blessing, especially since I’m sure Infiniti would have charged me a small fortune. It’s so refreshing to know there’s a business in my neighborhood that genuinely cares about helping local residents without overcharging for simple repairs. If I ever need any body work done, or if I ever need to recommend a place, this is it! It felt like home, and I could truly sense the love and care from the entire team. Thank you all so much for your kindness and honesty—I'm beyond grateful! The reason for the 4 star review is because the bathroom was out of service and I needed to go badly. Other than that, the service was excellent!
