Definitely worth the wait!! I hit a deer over a vacation trip in Georgia. My insurance referred me to this shop and it was close to my house so I made an appointment. They were booked so I had to keep driving my duct taped car for a few weeks. My accident was on the 14th, I contacted the shop on the 16th, I brought my car in on the 6th of the following month and it was ready on the 22nd. It's practically a brand new car and they worked directly with my insurance so I just had to pay them my deductible when they were done. Such a simple process, I'm really happy with their work.

I had an extremely unsettling experience at Arnie Bauer Collision Center. When I spoke with the general manager, Toby (a tall, heavyset white man), I immediately felt uncomfortable. While I was trying to discuss my situation—explaining that I didn’t have the money for the deductible—he was blatantly staring at my chest, licking his lips, and making inappropriate eye contact. This happened while my daughter was in the car, which made the entire situation even more disturbing. What made matters worse was when he offered to “help” with the deductible. The way he said it—accompanied by a wink and a suggestive smile—left me feeling uneasy and confused about what exactly he was implying. It didn’t feel like a professional or genuine offer of assistance. I left the collision center feeling violated and disrespected. No customer should have to deal with such inappropriate behavior, especially from someone in a position of authority. I hope the management takes this kind of misconduct seriously, as it made me question ever returning to this business. This is not even worth a one-star review.

It took forever to get the car repaired. After it was done some molding where the accident occurred started to peel off and that was over 2 years after the accident; however, it still shouldn't have happened. I considered a shoddy work!
