Man, I can't say enough about these guys. Had them doing a fairly odd job about getting a bike from Co-Part and they saved my butt! She was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with from the initial call all the way to the not so good news she got to tell me. Great integrity and a darn good person to deal with! I will keep you in mind if I get anything in the area again!!!
View on GoogleI should have went to the shop my insurance suggested but I decided to go here since it was black owned and unfortunately they didn’t live up to that standard. First they promised me that I didn’t have to pay the deductible they had a way to roll it in the insurance invoice, they ended up giving me a $200 discount instead. Received the car with all my lights on even though it wasn’t brought to them on and was told I just needed to go to my dealership and they’ll turn them off without repair. My car was riding funny when I turn but I thought maybe because it was raining, later that night my car spun out of control while I was on the empty eway for no reason as I bend the curve causing me to crash into a median at the moment I only had the car for less than a month. Come to find out my alignment and abs wasn’t fixed properly or not at all (or something like that). Had to get it fixed again and whatever the new ppl did they did correctly cause my car has been fine since
View on GooglePaid over $700, car wasn't ready until 3 days after promised date. No returned calls when inquiring. Pick up my car and the job wasn't complete. Was told I would be notified when they had the piece (so the piece was never there). Car still not done I expected better from a black and female owned company, especially with the 500 places you can go in Chicago Heights.
View on GoogleA few years ago, a friend had autobody work done here after a collision and we were impressed with the work. Therefore, I came back when I needed the same service. The work done was outstanding and someone made a comment that it looked better than when I bought it blemish free from the dealer.
View on GoogleThis is a Boys in the Hood type of situation..He just felt like a crook...I should have known better. The owner WAS LYING saying he did work on my car that he DID NOT do and HE KNOWS IT. I'm surprised he's still open. I will never go back because bad deeds go back around. Trying to support and give folks a chance is not always a good idea. When ppl have a slick, dishonest, demeanor pay attention. That whole Sanford and Son setup should have been my biggest clue. Just look around even if you have to pay more.
