I had always heard great things about Royal Coach from friends and family, but never needed their services until recently, when I was rear-ended by a moving truck. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful, and prompt. The estimate process, handling of the other party’s insurance, and rental car arrangements were all made super easy thanks to their team. I truly felt, as a client, that I was being taken care of. In the past, when working with other auto or body shops, I’ve had to constantly follow up for updates. With Royal Coach, that wasn’t the case at all as they did an excellent job keeping me informed on both the small details and major updates, so I was always in the loop. They were very clear about when my vehicle would be ready, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was blown away by the quality of the work. My car honestly looked even better than when I first bought it. (See the before and after photos below) Chris and everyone at Royal Coach have my utmost respect for their professionalism and craftsmanship. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you ever need collision repairs!

Royal Coach was amazing to work with and Chris does amazing work! After my crash my Challenger looked unrecognizable but the team at Royal Coach were able to repair and restore my car. Additionally they handled the headaches of dealing with my insurance companies corporate adjusters/ estimators (State Farm) to ensure my car was repaired properly! Outstanding service from Royal Coach-Bartlett! Amazing customer service beginning with estimate (by JP) to pick up of completed work. More than lived up to their reputation for honesty, quality of body work, fair and transparent pricing, and repeatedly going the extra mile on the customer's behalf, like with arrangements for a rental. Car looks better than ever! I am so glad that Royal Coach Bartlett was the business that repaired my car damage. Can't imagine finding a better place.

I just had my vehicle repaired at the Bartlett location and couldn't be happier with the result. Had estimates done at several locations and they all came in around $3500 for the repair. When I had Royal Coach estimate the damage working with JP Michael's he offered me 2 possible options for the repair. The first was comparable to the other estimates I already had in procedure and cost. The second was repairing the body damage with a paintless dent removal process along with replacement of the mirror and door handle. It turned out the repair was able to be done using the PDR process at a savings of almost $2000 dollars under the other estimates. The repair was perfect, you'd never know the area was damaged. I was so pleased with the outcome that I asked them to address 3 other areas on the vehicle that had damage from a previous incident. Working with JP was a pleasure, he kept me informed through the whole process with texts and images of the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Royal Coach for any Auto repairs because they are fair and genuinely concerned about your satisfaction with the work they perform. Thank you JP Michaels and Royal Coach!

I was very impressed when I walked into their location for a quote- NEAT & CLEAN! The work they did on my bumper is perfection!! I would refer all my friends, family & coworkers here if they needed something done! Thanks to John & his guys for fixing my car!! My father in law also brought his 68 Camaro RS SS here for something to be done & he is very SELECTIVE - he too was very happy to see the great services they provided!
