Bad customer service. I hade service recently and i asked guy that A.C. not working and he said everything is normal without even checking it. It’s been 2 services and not sure recall handled properly or not.It still showing recall at my ca. Usually, every oil change some kind reset needs to happen. My hyundai app and service not in sync. recent service did oil change and app said have service due soon..
View on GoogleI scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. My appointment was for 11:15 AM and I arrived 10 minutes early. However, I guess it takes them over 2 hours to do an oil change. I don't understand why it takes over 2 hours to do an oil change. My MyHyundai app said they didn't even start the oil change for over an hour after my appointment time. (App tells me when hood is open and doors are unlocked) Why book an appointment if they don't start the work at the appointment time. I can do the oil change myself in less than 30 minutes but because it is a new car and we want maintenance records I am forced to waste my entire morning here. They need to streamline the process to make it faster.

View on GoogleWe leased a Santa Fe here, and the service center is clean, nice and has great amenities, especially for working if you choose to wait for your vehicle. The staff is friendly.
View on GoogleI had made an appointment in advance for an oil change. The appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m., and I arrived about five to ten minutes early. I handed over my car and asked how long it would take—they told me about an hour and a half. In the end, I got my car back after three hours. And even then, I had to call myself to find out what was going on. Most likely, the service took someone else before me, completely ignoring the fact that I had booked an appointment in advance. This is unacceptable. If a person schedules an appointment ahead of time, they should be served first, not pushed aside for walk-ins. If my appointment was at 9 and the oil change was supposed to take an hour and a half, then it should have taken an hour and a half—not three.
