When my Jeep started having a few issues, I reached out via their chat feature for a quote. Pete quickly got in touch, invited me to stop by and have the team scope it out. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and caring Pete was. He took the time to walk me through every detail in a clear, patient way, and you could tell he truly cared about getting things right. The customer service was top-notch and made the whole process stress-free. They even hooked me up with a rental car from Enterprise (and covered the cost — huge bonus!). The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I got, and they resolved all the issues perfectly. I drove away with a fully fixed Jeep and a big smile. Hands down one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. Super friendly, honest, and professional — I'll definitely be back for all my future needs. Pete and his team are awesome!! They took over an old shop that had been here for 40 years (and had a bad reputation I may add) and they run a high integrity shop now! Make sure and ask for either Bob or Will at the front counter!!

I had a leak in my tire and was driving past FTD. I called them to see if they could accommodate me the same day. They were very professional and courteous. While I was there they had 3 other customers. They were polite and courteous to them too. Prices seem reasonable. I would go to them for all my auto repairs. It’s just unfortunate I don’t live closer.

I made an appointment online the evening before. A couple hours before my appointment I called to ask if I could use their shuttle service and the man who answered was very personable and said he would be happy to get that set up for me. When I dropped the car off for service I was greeted by the same man and he explained that they would take a look and let me know what was wrong with the car. Another very nice man was ready to drive me home. They kept me informed with photos during the process. I don’t know about car repair, but I do know that the car ran much better when I picked it up. I’m happy with the work they did and the entire team was great to work with.

I received very poor service from this establishment and I am incredibly disappointed. I brought my vehicle to this shop after my check engine light came on and this was the closest available shop to me. The lady receptionist informed me the “best mechanic” was on duty today and they would take care of me. I was confidently charged $1100 to simply replace a valve cover gasket, spark plugs and a solenoid gasket. After this work a couple days later all the oil sprayed out of my car and my engine over heated. When I informed the shop of this they showed no remorse or empathy and then claimed they somehow placed a defective solenoid gasket on my car, after assuring me the tested my vehicle multiple times. When I brought my car back to the shop, the team did not communicate to me when they had found the problem, didn’t give a time frame of when repairs would be completed, or any apology. This was very disheartening because I need my vehicle for work as I have a 50 minute commute and the least that could’ve been offered was good communication. I missed two days of work due to this foul play and poor communication. They perform the repair and assure me again that they tested the vehicle multiple times and everything was good. I pick up my vehicle and the next day on my way to work the engine overheated again! I informed them of this issue and they show know empathy, the manager refuses to reimburse the Ubers I had to catch due to their mistake and the whole team was very rude about this situation. Everybody makes mistakes in life, it’s unfortunate when a business does not do their due diligence to correct their mistakes and build a relationship with the customer. The manager Jose shouldn’t be in any customer facing role at all, poor people skills, and a lack of empathy. I spent a large sum of money with this business and I never will again. I will also ensure that anybody I know or encounter does not spend any money here. - a disappointed customer
