From the moment I arrived, the attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I tried to explain the issue with my truck clearly, but I was met with impatience and a lack of interest. It felt like they did not care about my problem at all, only about getting money as quickly as possible. The communication was very poor. They did not clearly explain what they were doing, how long it would take, or how much it would cost.
