Absolutely unacceptable service. We were helped by someone named Junior, and his attitude was incredibly disrespectful from the start. I came in with my husband, who doesn’t speak English, and I simply asked if he could assist him in Spanish. There was no attitude, no problem—just a normal question. His reaction was immediate hostility. What made it worse was that after my husband walked into the shop, Junior started shaking his head and showing visible frustration right in front of me. It felt extremely rude, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. We have been coming here for oil changes and had good experiences before, which is why this was so shocking. But after this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable or safe trusting my car to someone with such a negative and unprofessional attitude. Customer service matters, and this was completely unacceptable.

Today, I visited this shop for my very first oil change. Before bringing the car in, I had taken the time to wash it. Without asking me, one of the employees used a gas station-style brush to clean my windshield, which ended up making it look worse than when I arrived. However, that’s not even the main issue. After the service, I noticed a strange noise coming from the car as I left the shop. I turned around and went back, only to find out that they hadn’t properly secured the plastic covers underneath my car. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me, claiming I had lost a screw, and performed a “quick fix” by using cable ties to hold it in place. I was understandably frustrated and asked to speak to a manager, but was told the manager had already left. My question is: who is going to take responsibility for the poor customer service I received? And more importantly, who is going to properly secure the undercarriage cover on my vehicle? After this experience, I can’t help but question whether the oil change was even done correctly. To make matters worse, shortly after leaving the shop again, the plastic cover under my car fell off completely!
View on GoogleTook an hour to do my oil change even though there was no wait time. They put someone who seem like there were new and didn't know what they were doing. I got late to my appointment because they took so long. No one bothered to apologize for the wait. While I was waiting they were able to finish 4 others cars. It's truly disappointing because when I called them they said in and out in like 15 minutes. I can understand 30 minutes but an hour that's just crazy.
View on GoogleGot the oil change package which comes with tire pressure check and quick clean. They didn't do the tire pressure or clean and told me I'm good to go in 5 minutes. I had to ask them to get the tire pressure done and then they did it - still no clean, no info on other car health check. I've had a lot better service at other locations of jiffy. Disappointed.
