Wayne was so kind and helpful with my transmission issues. He gave me straight forward diagnostic answers and a great price to resolve it all. He never once made me feel (less than) because I am a woman, and that happens a lot with vehicle service mechanics unfortunately. I would recommend Wayne's Transmission to anyone!
View on GoogleAfter 70,000 miles since the rebuild, our 2011 Suburban still tows and shifts like new. I recently serviced the transmission and found nothing extraordinary, and am very happy with Wayne’s teams’ work, and their overall value compared to other shops. Not to mention my favorite differential/driveline shop “Fearless Gear” in Kuna recommends Wayne’s! This is one of those “unicorn” shops you”ll be recommending to others too.

View on GoogleWhen I started having car trouble, I found another 5 star reviewed shop in the area. I went there and was charged about $179 for a diagnostic. My hunch was the transmission was failing and I was right. But this other shop gave me a huge list of other things I need to have done, including changing my tires (I didn’t need to). They wanted more than $5k to do all. I heard about Wayne and decided to get a second opinion. He looked at it, and told me that yes it’s the transmission and one other small thing that the other shop didn’t catch. But I don’t need to fix anything else. He charged me half what the other shop wanted for just the transmission work. And he’s such a nice guy. If ever I trusted a mechanic these days it’s Wayne.
