Highly recommend this place, as a girl I’m always weary about going to automotive places but they make me comfortable and explain things in a pure way. They don’t try and get me to fix things that don’t need to be fixed and recommend other places if the price isn’t something I can do! They’re amazing and take great care and pride in their work! Wont ever take the car anywhere else! 10/10

27th St Automotive serviced my car within 24 hours of reaching out. They were able to resolve my issue during the diagnostic testing and did not charge anything they didn’t need to. My Service Advisor, Austin, called me to say, “I love being able to give good news. We were able to fix it at no added cost.” It is clear these are good people with good service.

I had such a great experience with Auromotive!!!!. From the moment I walked in, Houston and Danny were incredibly welcoming and kind. It’s not always easy to find a place where you feel comfortable and respected, but they truly made the whole process stress-free. They were honest about what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. I recently inherited my Dad’s beloved 2001 Chevy Silverado, and it had been sitting in the garage unused for several years after he had gotten sick. Once I had taken ownership, I took recommendations from friends about who can be trusted to work on older Chevy vehicles, and 27th St. Automotive was a strong suggestion. I decided to get it evaluated and ultimately spent a fair amount on a persistent oil leak and getting it serviced. About a week after picking up the truck, I had an unfortunate break-down on the interstate. This was the fuel pump giving out and 27th St. Automotive took the truck back in without an appointment, and were genuinely interested in getting the truck fixed as soon as possible. Perhaps what impressed me the most through these two experiences was when I went to pay upon picking up the truck a second time this morning, there was an additional charge I was not aware of. A little bit over $100 over what my original bid was. Austin was incredibly gracious when I made him aware of the discrepancy, and immediately worked to make it right. He never acted annoyed at me for bringing up the difference, and was incredibly friendly throughout the transaction. This kind of service is what brings customers back to a business and I was very impressed. I honestly do not recall being notified of an additional charge after receiving my final estimate, but I also have been undertaking a lot in my life after the loss of my Father. Regardless of who missed what, Austin took responsibility and made it right. I also have to mention Danny who has been the main person in contact with me and working on my truck. I so appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and thorough work. I will absolutely be recommending 27th St. Automotive to all my friends and family, and will take my Dad’s beloved truck there going forward.

Great service! Brought in my 2012 jeep liberty to get my heater core replaced and they were amazing! Austin and Danny were super helpful. Highly recommend. Will be coming back.
