I am almost 65, so first off they gave me a Sr discount. They came out very fast and the truck and technician were clean and well marked. Chevy was my technicians name, so I joked about oh a car guy. He is well versed in cars, and complimented my car until she was purring. I needed my battery delivered and installed. I could have installed it myself but the service was available and good, and I had a discount. Trying to get a battery delivered is difficult and takes time. I am very satisfied with this service.

I’d give more stars if I could! He came to do an inspection for 2 used cars I wanted to look at. He was able to fit me in his schedule last minute for both. Very professional and he knows what he’s talking about. He was very upfront about the issues he found, even taking into consideration subtle cues from the seller’s behavior and vibe. I felt very safe under his guidance not to get ripped off and drive home a money pit. I’d recommend him to anyone! Thank you SO MUCH!

BE AWARE, this company is constantly changing the business name as they continue to RIP PEOPLE OFF. The business name used to be "Mobile Tech Auto Repair". I got ripped off back on June 28th, 2024 to have a starter replaced for $695.34 paid up front to include the new starter. "Mechanic" came to my house, disconnected the starter and took out two bolts, about 30minutes of work. He texted me that he couldn't get the starter out and had to leave to do the research to figure out how to get it out. Texted me back an hour later quoting me an additional $1,200 to take out the hydraulic lines to be able to get the starter out. Meanwhile I had crawled under the truck and pulled out the starter myself in 60seconds. Texted him a photo of the starter on the ground, out of the truck. He continued to say I still had to pay an additional $1,200 to remove the hydraulic lines even though I sent him a photo of the starter out of the engine bay without removing the hydraulic lines. I knew at that point I was getting scammed. He refused to even come back and drop off the new starter I had already paid for so I could install it myself. I then had to go to Auto Zone and purchase ANOTHER NEW STARTER to install myself!! After messaging back and forth the next few days I was accused of threatening him and he called the police on me and I was told by them to stop contacting him so I did. I got my attorney involved and they sent the business a letter demanding reimbursement in which they just changed their business name. I have since moved out of Idaho and did not have time to pursue a small claims case in court. The positive reviews are FAKE, the customer service rep is FAKE, this COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED. I will continue to follow this company and if they continue to change their name I will do my best to make people aware of this SCAM. I also reported them to the BBB, but again, they just change the business name. For anyone looking to find the owner, you can look up the business on the Idaho Secretary of State website. I hope karma catches up with them.

They are great at overcharging! Charged $900 for a starter that didn’t even match my motorhome and then tried to charge me $385 just to come inspect the problem that they had left me with. It’s not cool to try and charge me $385 for a no start diagnostic when it was A. $285 before they decided to stop caring B. They left after “Completing” the job without saying anything C. Thought it would be okay to use tape to install my starter. I would not recommend them and will never use them again. Save your money and go to someone who will do the job right!!
